本文聚焦资源丰富和需求多样的涉农社区的慈善建设，以四川省成都市J县B社区为典型案例，通过对B社区的实地调研与机制性归纳，回答社区慈善建设中“资源库”与“需求库”两张清单之间的关系。研究发现，自然种植资源、传统文化、旅游产业及社会关系四种禀赋在涉农社区慈善建设中发挥着重要作用；涉农社区的慈善需求分为在实践中涌现的一般性慈善需求和基于人群划分的群体性需求，并且通过人群需求配置、重点目标达成、美学需求满足和场景需求满足四种方式被响应；我国涉农社区慈善建设实践呈现出本土资源优势传承、需求对接和激发、复杂网络协同共生、有效—秩序双轨耦合的机制性特征。
Abstract：This study examines philanthropic development in agrarian communities characterized by abundant resources and diverse needs, using Community B in J County, Chengdu, Sichuan Province as a case study. Through field research and mechanistic analysis, it explores the relationship between the “ resource inventory ” and “ needs inventory ” in community charity initiatives. The findings reveal that: Four types of endowments—natural planting resources,traditional culture, tourism assets, and social relationships—play crucial roles; Community philanthropic needs manifest as generalized emergent needs and group-specific needs, which are addressed through four approaches: demographic allocation, key objective fulfillment, aesthetic satisfaction, and contextual fulfillment; More significantly, the practice of philanthropic building in China's agrarian communities demonstrates distinct mechanistic characteristics: the localization of resource advantages, the responsiveness to and activation of needs, the synergistic symbiosis within complex networks, and the coupling of effectiveness-orderliness dual tracks. By integrating the relationship between resource endowments and needs hierarchies—prioritizing endowments before needs while achieving their fusion—this study ultimately constructs an “endowments-needs”dual integration analytical framework. This framework offers a novel perspective for improving localized community philanthropy and proposes innovative approaches to advance agrarian community philanthropy through branded resource utilization, professionalized needs fulfillment,and systematic orderliness-effectiveness governance.
