本研究聚焦非营利部门支持型组织(NSSOs)。作为一种非营利组织(NPO),非营利部门支持型组织的主要功能在于为草根组织发展提供服务与资源支持。传统研究大多强调制度通过影响公民和非营利组织管理者进而对非营利组织种群的形成发挥关键作用。与之不同，本研究则将强制性压力、模仿性压力和规范性压力这三种制度压力与是否建立非营利部门支持型组织的决策关联起来，并基于2012—2021年间中国330个城市的新构建数据集(样本量N=2385)对上述假设进行了实证检验。结果显示，来自省级政府、邻近城市及行业协会的压力越大，相应城市推动非营利部门支持型组织建立的可能性就越高。本研究通过证实制度对公共部门的作用机制，深化了关于制度如何影响非营利组织种群动态发展的认知，为该领域研究提供了新的视角。

This study focuses on the prevalence of nonprofit sector support organizations( NSSOs)—aform of nonprofit organization( NPO) devoted to providing services and resources to supportgrassroots development. Contrary to previous studies that emphasize the importance of institutionsin shaping the NPO population through their effect on citizens and nonprofit managers, this studylinks three institutional pressures—coercive, mimetic, and normative pressures—to the decisionsof public agencies to establish NSSOs. This study examines this claim using a newly constructeddataset of NSSOs across 330 Chinese cities between 2012 and 2021(N= 2385). The resultsindicate that cities with greater pressure from provincial governments, neighboring cities, andprofessional associations are more likely to promote the establishment of NSSOs. This studyadvances the understanding of the impact of institutions on the dynamics of the NPO population bydemonstrating their effect on public agencies.
