志愿服务是新时代党引领和动员人民群众贡献力量、创造美好生活、实现奋斗目标的生动实践，持续性是志愿服务的应有之义。志愿者作为志愿服务的主体，社会的认可与信任于他们而言至关重要。本文根据福建省志愿者调研数据，实证分析社会信任对志愿服务持续参与意愿的影响，结果表明：(1)社会信任对志愿服务持续参与意愿具有显著促进作用；(2)社会融入程度在社会信任对志愿服务持续参与意愿的影响中存在部分中介效应，个人实现在该影响中起到正向调节作用；(3)非农业户口相较于农业户口的志愿者更能获取社会信任，进而促进志愿服务持续参与意愿，而志愿者在大学期间志愿时长的长短以及服务单位地理位置的差异并不会对其参与意愿产生显著影响。
Abstract：Volunteering is a vivid practice led and mobilized by the Party in the new era for the people to contribute their strength, create a better life, and achieve their goals. Continuity is an essential aspect of volunteering. For volunteers, who are the main body of volunteering, social recognition and trust are of great importance. Based on the survey data of volunteers in Fujian Province, an empirical analysis of the impact of social trust on the willingness to continue participating in volunteer services shows that:(1) Social trust significantly promotes the willingness to continue participating in volunteer services;(2) The degree of social integration plays a partial mediating role in the impact of social trust on the willingness to continue participating in volunteer services,while personal realization has a positive moderating effect;(3) Volunteers with non-agricultural household registration are more likely to gain social trust, which in turn promotes their willingness to continue participating in volunteer services. However, the length of volunteer service during university and the geographical location of the service unit do not have a significant impact on their willingness to participate.
