慈善医疗是多层次医疗保障体系的关键补充，对缓解就医负担、促进社会公平意义重大，社会工作嵌入则是其专业化、可持续发展的重要保障。但实践中，社会工作因主体性缺失、专业能力不足、嵌入表层化等问题，难以充分发挥价值。本文以A基金会为例，基于嵌入性发展理论，结合社会工作实践特性，构建“关系—行动—结构—认知”四维分析框架，探究社会工作嵌入慈善救助的内在机理。研究发现，在内在机理上，关系嵌入通过构建多方信任合作网络整合资源，行动嵌入依托个案与小组工作实现精准服务，结构嵌入通过明确角色与协同机制保障稳定，认知嵌入借助价值观传播提升影响力，四维度并行交互提升嵌入成效。
Abstract：Charitable medical care is a key supplement to the multi-level medical security system, which is of great significance for alleviating the burden of medical treatment and promoting social equity.The integration of social work serves as an important guarantee for the professionalization and sustainable development of charitable medical projects. However, in practice, social work struggles to give full play to its value due to issues such as the lack of subjectivity, insufficient professional capabilities, and superficial integration. Taking the scoliosis project of Foundation A as the research object, this study constructs a four-dimensional analytical framework of“ relationship-action-structure-cognition ” based on the embedded development theory and combined with the practical characteristics of social work, to explore the internal mechanism of social work integrating into charitable assistance. The research finds that, in terms of the internal mechanism: relationship embedding lays the foundation by building a multi-stakeholder trust and cooperation network to integrate resources; action embedding achieves precise services through case work and group work; structure embedding ensures project stability by clarifying roles and collaborative mechanisms; and cognitive embedding enhances the project's social influence through the dissemination and internalization of values. These four dimensions interact in parallel to enhance the effectiveness of embeddings. This study can provide references for optimizing social work services in charitable assistance, improving the efficiency of assistance, promoting the indepth integration of social work and charitable medical care, and better serving patients in need.
